All right, how's everybody feeling today? Here we go. Yeah, a little energy here. Here we go. Well, good afternoon and welcome to today's closing bell ceremony celebrating eXoZymes recent exit from the semi-stealth mode, which is very exciting because there's a lot of incredible innovation here that's been bottled up and now coming to market. It is also my great pleasure to welcome Michael Heltzen, CEO of eXoZymes, here to the market site. Michael joins us today with a group of advisers, employees, and friends representing offices around the country. We are thrilled to broadcast this special ceremony right here at the crossroads of the world in Times Square, New York. Let's give another little round of applause there. Welcome to New York. Here we go. Founded in 2019 and based in Monrovia, California, shout out to SoCal, eXoZymes has rapidly established itself as an emerging player in the enzyme solutions industry. The company has developed a platform that, as a historic first, offers tools and insights to control and optimize nature's own biological processes, enabling their partners to replace traditional chemical production methods with new, sustainable, and eco-friendly alternatives, eXoZymes. eXoZymes are advanced enzymes engineered using AI to thrive outside of living cells. Inspired by insights from four recent Nobel Prizes in chemistry, this technological platform ushers in the exozymes era, a true paradigm shift that offers scalable and sustainable exozyme biosolutions. eXoZymes connects producers and consumers across the globe, delivering to markets in North America, Europe, and throughout the Asia-Pacific regions via their partners. Michael, congratulations to you and your entire team on all that you've achieved together. NASDAQ is exceptionally proud to be your partner, and we look forward to continuing to support you throughout this successful journey ahead as a NASDAQ-listed company. Now, please join me in welcoming CEO of the newly branded eXoZymes, Michael, to the stage. Thank you. It's such a pleasure to be here today, and I want to thank the co-founders of the company. I want to thank the team, the ones that are here, the ones that are at home holding down the fort. I want to thank our bank that helped us IPO last year, MDB Capital. Very unique model that allowed us to go directly to the public markets. I am so thrilled to introduce to the world the concept of exozymes. These are 'exo' meaning outside, in science. We, humankind, have been living the good life for generations now, based on depleting the natural resources we got from nature, or taking things from basically petroleum-based realities. And yes, it's been a good life, but there is a pollution and a depletion problem in that, allowing for a new third generation of technology that allows us to make all the same chemicals, but in a natural, sustainable way, is what eXoZymes represents. I want to bring the attention to that this is the beginning of a long journey. It's a thing where we're going to have to have partners and collaborators help out. This is not a technology breakthrough that we're going to keep to ourselves. We want to share it. We want to share it with all of the world. And with that, please come join us, help us, support us, at least follow us, so we can have a conversation about how the future can be a more sustainable future, while still having the good life. So we can keep believing in that the future is a bright place, and not a place of darkness. So with that, to the team, thank you so much.
